How do I place a teamwear order?
To place a teamwear web order, simply register to your club’s online shop, select your items, sizes, and add them to your cart. If you’re ordering on behalf of a club or school and need a custom package, please get in touch with our team for assistance.
What is the order cut off date?
Each club shop has a set order cut-off date for group production. This ensures your items are processed together, with shipping being direct to club. The next cut-off date will be clearly listed on your club shop homepage.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Kookaburra teamwear is made to order and sent for production in bulk once the cut-off date passes. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery from the cut-off. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Can I customise my order with names or numbers?
Yes! Some our elite playing and training apparel allow for personalisation such as player names or numbers. If available, you’ll see a customisation field when adding your item to cart. Please double-check spelling – what you enter is what gets printed.
Where will my order be delivered?
Orders are typically bulk-delivered to your club’s nominated account manager and then distributed at training. Delivery information will be outlined on your club shop page.
Can I return or exchange teamwear items?
As all teamwear is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please double-check sizes before ordering.
What if I missed the cut-off date?
Unfortunately, once a teamwear order is in production, we can’t add late orders. However, your club may offer another cut-off later in the season. Contact your club coordinator for upcoming dates.
Do you offer support for new teamwear designs?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can work with your club to create a custom look. Get in touch to start the design process or to request a mock-up.
We will shortly be able to launch our own online custom design kit-builder which will give you complete freedom to select your own kit designs.
Who do I contact if I need help with my order?

What happens if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible in line with our returns policy.
